Headset cord works perfectly with our phone system and headsets.
I have a Plantronics set I use at work and wanted the same thing for home. I ordered this specifically because I wanted a Plantronics branded cord. What I received is a knock-off with no branding on it at all. It works fine, but I would not have purchased it had I known I would receive counterfeit merchandise. Definitely not as described. Do not recommend buying this if the brand is what you're looking for.
