This is one of the easiest smartphones I've ever used. Bought an iphone4, hated it, came back to this one. Love that if u accidently drop it in water it's water proof :)

Intermittently charges asked for your phone number says there's a new Sim card spend a little more money you'll be happier of a different phone
This phone was purchased as a replacement for an Lg G2 , don't waste your money on this phone if you have an application open and receive a call you cant answer it no matter how you swipe to accept it just freezes up, it constantly is saying there's a new sim inserted and has to be rebooted before being able to use it. I wouldn't recommend anyone purchase this phone.
