Tasty on salads or just about anything. vey good taste
Love this in a fresh garden salad.
Great tasting, no ill effects from Celiac, and tbats fantastic since this type of blue cheese is the "only" type someo e w/Celiac can "safely" consume.
This is truly a treasure!

this cheese is made in Wisconsin...gorgonzola is made in gorgonzola Italy and is cured in a CAVE for months....you can call your cheese gorgonzola but its not
