This makes a great sandwich with Mayo, lettuce, and cheese on rye bread. The pepper gives it a little zing and wakes up my taste buds. Easy to grab the package and go, no need to wait in the deli line and it tastes just as fresh. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oscar Mayer has combined my favorite two sandwich components in one package: deli-fresh turkey and cracked black pepper. The turkey is deliciously tender with the right amount of seasoning and when coupled with fresh mozzarella, it makes my perfect sandwich. The affordable price and freshness-ensured packaging makes it easy to stock up.
What a delicious taste in turkey. It has really good flavor and the texture is perfect as it breaks away a little bit and goes great on a sandwich. I love the addition of the cracked black pepper around the outer edges is it gives it so much more flavor. The fact that it has no additives also means it's a healthy good meal maker. It has the perfect kick of spicy flavor with the cracked black pepper and it is not overwhelming like with other brands. The product is fresh and u feel good knowing you're eating lean quality lunch meat.

I believe the price is just right because it tastes healthy and I can make many meals out of a package. Definitely recommend! I made a sub sandwich and added different quantity and ham flavors to add.

The turkey itself is tender, not dry, and has a good flavor, and the pepper compliments it well without being overwhelming. The meat is cut thin and sometimes wants to pull apart, but not enough to be annoying. I would absolutely recommend this product.

I pack a lot of lunches at my home for people that work out on the road. Lunch me such as this gives them a nice break from Peanut butter sandwiches. There's quite a bit of meat in one of these packages...enough to last several days. It seems pretty fresh which is great. As far as the flavor...it's good...it's chicken. My family kind of started away from it as well so it wasn't just my picky butt. I really enjoyed all the other turkey varieties but I definitely won't buy this one again. I don't recommend this variety.
