After my total hysterectomy, my brother-in-love passed. It was all emotionally overwhelming. Grieving both his passing and the loss of future children. These helped me stabilize to work through it all without biting someone's head off in the process. It is not advised for me to do hormone replacement therapy so I take them daily to maintain that stability.
This is the only thing on the market that worked for me. I tried everything. The key is taking everyday it takes about two weeks to get into your system good. After a month I was sleeping through the night, able to focus and concentrate better and wasn't snapping at the least little thing.
I have been sad like extra extremely sad for months. I finally realized that it was due to early menopause. I love these. I get severe hot flashes and terrible mood swings but these help tremendously. I never would have believed they would help so much if I hadn't tried them for myself.
This works. You will notice a difference after 30 days. Than again at 60 days. And works perfectly after 90 days. I got off of it twice thinking I may be pass the menopause systems. I wasn't. Went back on it. Got the relief i needed. It's been 5 years now. It works.

I absolutely LOVE these supplements. They make me feel so much better everyday. I have more energy throughout the day and I am in a way better mood as well ! And Bonus..... they made my hair grow like crazy !! At first, it started out by taking the edge off my symptoms. Then after a few weeks (or about a month) it really started kicking in. My moods evened out, my hot flashes have basically disappeared and I don't have night sweats anymore. I recommend this to all my friends. They have had similar experiences and outcomes with it that I did. I feel so much better.
I did not like the size of the pills, but they went down easily. Seem to relieve my symptoms and heighten my mood.
