Was aware of Benefiber and have used it prior to but the prebiotic supplement is awesome. I'm so glad they added this supplement. Makes my digestive tract run smoothly and feels great. I have gastroparesis and as you know fiber isn't good for us. I had problems going so the doc recommended that before they give laxatives let's try something else and this has worked. It's not as harsh as the other fibers and doesn't stop me up as fiberlus things would for gastroparesis patients. Try with caution and not without talking to your doc because each Gastro gas is different
I received this product a week ago so have been taking it in the morning to try. It dissolves nice no grittiness in the water.I did not know benefiber made a prebiotic.I do not always eat right so this seems to help me a lot. Benefiber prebiotic fiber supplement works wonders. I mix 2 tsp into whatever beverage or food I am eating, such as yogurt. It dissolves completely and has no taste! I definitely plan on continuing to use this on a daily basis! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
Truly tasteless. I was skeptical and expected a flavor or at the very least a powdery taste when drinking, but it dissolved completely and I tasted NOTHING. I am very very irregular, like if I am lucky I go 1 or 2 times a WEEK. I take one of these per day and although I am not going every day, I do go at least every other day. This is fantastic for me. I was bloated and sluggish before, but I have noticed a SIGNIFICANT change in the appearance of my tummy and the regulation in my bowels. Plus, I feel so much lighter and overall better. I began using these in September and it is now November, so I have given these time to work. It might also be worth mentioning that I have lost about 5 pounds and I do not exercise.
I love adding this into my drinks. It dissolves quickly and never clumps. I can pour a generous amount into water, juice, etc and not worry about there being any powdery residue.
I had the opportunity to try this product via Viewpoints sampling. I had heard of Benefiber before, but never tried it as I was afraid of what it would taste like. I have never used any product like this before so unfortunately I cannot compare it. I put the recommended two teaspoons in my morning coffee and could not taste it at all which was a very positive thing for me. I only received 3 benefibers and I ordered 4. The package only had 3 she couldn't tell me and was not big enough for 4. Will I receive the 4th one or will you credit my card for the 1 that I didn't receive.

It did not dissolve very well in my water it stayed super clumpy and even though it says sugar free and free of any nasty taste it left a very bad after taste in my mouth. I'm sorry I wouldn't recommend this product
