This product does just what it is supposed to do. Nothing more, nothing less. I reserved it online and picked it up in store the same day. One of the most important reasons I am writing this is to let other customers know there are two sets of keys in this package. One set of U shaped for domestic radios and the flat "hook" style necessary for some european cars. The entire packaging is different from the one pictured here and will hopefully be updated soon. Vehicles that will benefit from this product include: Audi, Ford/Lincoln/Mercury, Mazda, Mercedes Benz, Merkur, Porsche, Saab, Sterling and Volkswagen.

What a handy and ingenious little tool! Made removing my radio a snap.
When the two U shaped tools were pushed all the way in, the stereo was un-locked from chassis. There would be no other way to do this without the proper tool.
I would not have been able to pull the radio out of my daughters car without this tool. However they could be a little sturdier, they bent while pulling out the radio.
These didn't work well at all. They bent very easily. I ended up almost taking the whole radio apart to get it out.
This tool was deformed out of the box so I needed to straighten it before attempting to use it. It very nearly bent when I used it to remove the radio. It is made of softer metal and will not hold up to regular use. I plan to return the tool next trip to Walmart. ATD makes a more durable tool, the ATD-5621.
Save money and use a metal coat hanger this tool wouldn't work at all and was a total waste of money. It wouldn't fit all the way in holes to release the clips due to the diameter of it being bigger than the holes on the radio.
