Very well made chair, solid, sturdy. Finish on chairs very nice.a big plus , they arrive already assembled except for the seat,4 screws, I can do that !!!! We are very pleased with these chairs!!
We bought these for a lodge we are building and took one out of the stack to try it out. Very comfortable and sturdy! The delivery was easy and friendly!!
I purchased theses for my custom dinning room table. I love them, solid and sturdy. all there was to put together was 4 screws for the seat.
They were shipped without the screws so had to call the parts number. Replacements were shipped with no hassle from the company. I already own the sisters to these - the bar stool high chairs. They match perfectly. The high chairs I have owned for almost 3 years and are very durable. So far, these are of the same quality.
These chairs seem very strudy and look very nice. One thing to watch out for is the length of the screws they give you to attach the seat. I bought 4 of these chairs and on 2 of them I found screws that just started to poke out through the top of the seat. I caught them before they broke all the way through. I would suggest using a washer on all of them just to be sure.
easy set up. one chair had a slight damage on back of chair but was not too concerned. would have like to know the manufacturer in case of another purchase. information was less than sketchy about requesting set up and manufacturer. All that was given was that they were shipped from Georgia.
We had some issues with the delivery and ended up having to deal with CS. HOWEVER, These chairs are awesome. they stand up to our kids' abuse and just keep going. they are solid and support well. a great height too. I did have to buy a long Phillips head drill bit because the holes are not pre-drilled and to put the longer bolts in, we had to use an electric drill in a tight space. However, it was not expensive and only set me back an hour. We bought 8 and are happy with the final results.
A power screwdriver. A little wood was chipped on one of chairs. Walmart will take back both but not one because they come in a 2 pack. But otherwise great chairs.
They were delivered quickly. There were no instructions provided at all. One chair had a dented area on the back. They seem sturdy. The color is as advertised.
Chairs were beautiful but they did not come with the black vinyl seat part that was to be included. I contacted Walmart and was told it would be next week before I would get a new set. I had ordered 4. Very upset because I needed these chairs for a dinner and now I have to wait for them to be picked up from my house and I have to search for new ones at a local furniture shop. Very disappointed in the handling of this.
