It was easier to put together than I thought it would be.
east to put together, instruction easy to follow, sturdy built shed ! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
When you're done with it, it's a really nice shed. Looks good, finishes out nice. Instructions are decent. IKEA would be embarrassed by the number of fasteners included in the package-there are literally hundreds of screws, nuts, bolts, and washers. There are some steps that will require another person to finish-don't try to do this entire job by yourself. You can do 90% of it on your own, but a few steps take a second set of hands. Building it on a flat surface is important, but not a deal-killer-you really need to have all the pre-drilled holes line up, and they did for me while building on a slight angle front to back. Took me about 6 hours to build, but I wasn't in a rush. Comes in one big and heavy box-moving it is a two person job. Props to Jet and Fedex Ground for getting it to me the day after I ordered it-that was a nice surprise. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
I bought this to keep my outdoor equipment out of the elements. It is fairly flimsy, but it will hold up just fine if you build it correctly. It took me about 8 hours to put it up, and I had help from my wife about halfway through. There is a point where you will need someone to hold up pieces to make it work. I doubt you could pull it off by yourself. I am pleased overall with how it came together, and I would recommend it if you are looking to save some money and you aren't putting it up against too strong of elements.
This is a good product for the price, that is if you are just needing a small place to put the yard equipment. It is not hard to put together, but it does take a lot of time. It is not quite 8', and it is right at 5'7" at the highest point, but it works to fit our stuff in there.
A long process to set up, almost 2 person are needed, but the explanation are clear.
This metal storage shed was just what we were looking for. The instructions were a little hard to understand with a couple of the steps, but overall a nice addition. I would recommend having someone to help out with the assembly of it. It goes smoother with two people.
Delivery great arrived early, but there Was 5 pieces that got dented due to shipping, box had 3 holes from being push around. Oh well, things happens, didn't want to send it back due cost and time.... can live with it!
Many parts of the shed were dented straight from the box. The sheet metal is ultra-thin, and there were multiple places where the wood grain finish had rubbed away due to inadequate packing material. After it was fully assembled we installed 2 x 3 studs in the top corners of the walls (front to back), and put extra screws through the roof and side panels into the studs to stabilize the shed. That made a big difference in the stability. Prior to installing the studs the shed would sway with minimal pushing.
Terrible. Pieces don't fit. Bent pieces when arrived. Supposed to be numbered for "Easy Assembly". Half the pieces have no numbers, so it trial and error to put it together. Does not fit tight after completed. Apparently the company knows that so they include tape to cover the cracks and holes. Put several sheds together, either mine or friends, and never had so many assembly problems. Took two days for two of us to assemble.
