I TAKE CHICKEN BREAST CUT THEM IN HALF THEM POUND THEM DOWN ,USE THE PRESS WHEN I AM COOKING TO HEAT EVENLY AND FAST. EXCELLENT!
I love the press, it does exactly what I wanted it to do. Just a little warning, you do have to be careful about your hand placement because the iron part gets hot.
I am so glad that I ordered the Meat/bacon press! We sometimes like our meat, not breaded, so when I use the press it flattens the chops & UMMM,they are so good! Every household needs one of these, they are SO handy!
"Must have" for good griddle cooking!
Pre-seasoned, this is ready to go! Helps with those pesky bacon strips that want to curl.
I bought two of these presses and haven't used them yet (BBQ season coming). They are very well made and a nice weight to sandwich or meat presses. Very nice buy. I've given them a seasoning and just waiting for the season to begin. Thank you!
This is one big fat press. Nice for grill marks if you heat it first.
Very good product, heavy duty, it should work great, camping this year.
I have wanted an item such as this for a long time, but could never find it in any of my local stores. I checked on-line with Wal-Mart, and they had just what I wanted. Have used the meat press several times, and it does just what I want it to do - mainly, it holds the meat down flat in the pan (pork chops are notorious for "humping" up), and it keeps my hamburgers from shrinking. Anyone having a problem like this would truly benefit from using the meat press. Thank you!
It doesn't fit well into a circular frying pan. Returned it!
