My mother loves her new plum flip phone. she ordered one for her sister in pink color as well. very easy to setup. removed the sim from my old phone put it in plum flip phone and it worked.
just got my plum flipper in pink, love it !! just bought 4 more in pink (sisters and mom) finally some company is thinking about woman. very easy to set up and use. i removed my sim card from my old phone - inserted into my plum flipper and it was ready to make calls. It is sturdy and looks pretty and well built.
Nice little phone. i did not know how to set it up but then i read the instructions. put my old sim into this new phone and it worked. Ver easy to set up and use. Great value
Great size phone for a big hand. Large keys and text Nice screens are easily readable! Sound is good on voice call. If you just want to make simple voice calls or short msg., perfect. "I'm ready." "come and get me" etc! I'd recommend it.
It is not compatible with cricket services even though it says it was.
The description said unlocked phone. The box said unlocked phone. The directions said unlocked phone. It was not unlocked. The seller did reply but I did not receive assistance quick enough to fix the situation.
The first Plum phone we received was unable to use due to a part missing to hold the sim card. The second phone we received had the sim card parts on the phone were corrupted. Obviously, we would not recommend the Plum Flipper phone to anyone.
This is a brand new phone, I bought from Walmart. The Blue tooth don't work. There are only 300 contacts availble to input as opposed to 600-1000 on most phones You can only input 2 numbers into each contact as oppposed to 5 or 6 on most other phones After inputting 30 contacts the phone stopped allowing me to input letters, but only numbers, making the contact list out of kilter. There is no function to input symbols like in most phones. The menu is not intuitive and has odd entries with no explainations. The manual is a joke. The simm card was a headache to put in. None of this is ever mentioned by any utube reviewers. It's a cheap phone, not well thought out by the engineer as to how it functions and how it's programmed. I suggest you stay far away and find a better brand.
I do not like this Phone I could not get it activated and not only that it is locked which it was not supposed to be so I will be sending it back.
cheaply made . highest ring level really low. bad iech features. I should have sent it back but waited to long to open pkg.
