Excellent phone

This is my 2nd LG phone (1st was the myTouch 4G) and this one exceeded my expectations. The processor is fast, apps respond quickly, and there is little to no lag time when viewing web pages, streaming audio/video using 4G or wifi. The camera is decent enough for a phone, and the panorama mode is cool. The interface that LG gives is easy to understand and does not get in the way of what I want to do with the phone. The large display is clear and bright and shows pics very well and the phone is thin and light. The battery lasts for about 30 hrs before I have to recharge. Overall this is a great phone at a reasonable price.

Good quality and features for the price

This phone feels solid, light in the hand and well-built. I chose this phone because of price, carrier choice, quality, and the advertised features. I was not disappointed. It has good call quality, both making calls, and receiving calls. The screen resolution looks sharp and the colors are vibrant. It is relatively easy to use, fast, and has a good battery life. And of course, the price is excellent for the phone one gets. Also now that the phone has been upgraded to Jelly Bean, it performs even faster and better. If I have a complaint to make it is the fact that you cannot move apps to the micro SD card and are limited to the internal memory. Were it not for this fact I would have given it a 5 of 5 on features. So for you gamers out there: as long as you do not download memory hogging games, you'll be OK, otherwise this may not be the phone for you.

First off, it's pretty lol fast charging time, cool features exclusive to lg (quickmemo! so helpful!), easy to use, etc. the only problems i have with mine is staying connected to wifi on certain apps and im not sure if thats on the apps or the phone! battery life is also pretty good considering how much i use mine everyday! :)

been owning this product for a couple weeks now and im loving it.. as you may already heard the touch screen is not that good, for example sometimes you would have to touch the screen twice because the first time it didn't work, but that only happens rarely. other than that the battery is over the top awesome, lets just say it will only drain when the device is being used constantly. great camara too, and huge screen compared to the iphone. oh i havent noticed any lag at all in games or just browsing/scrolling.

Beautiful phone, but no space for anything.

I honestly love this phone so much, I just wish I could have more space and not have soooo many errors. I do everything I can to transfer things to my SD card to the point that my SD card is full too. I can't even go on Instagram anymore cause it gives me an "Error -24"or whatever in the play store and when I search it up, nothing comes up. (Still need help :/) Plus the music volume level is very low. I love the phone, it's beautiful, but it makes me mad. It's a bittersweet feeling.

I've had the phone for 3 months and have had many issues - Texting, the prompt backs up on its own and delete (rapidly) all of the context entered. - Deleting a message or messages phone will freeze and I'll have to remove the battery. - Keypad, cannot access vm system, cannot read/acknowledge numbers selected. I cannot make payments from cell must use landline. Must remove battery and/or turrn phone complete off on a daily basis. Very frustrating when traveling.

Optimus has many downfalls

I bought this phone about two days ago and found that you can't move apps to the SD card. The specs that I saw for internal memory only leaves you 1.5 gig of internal memory and it that is just not enough. I highly recommend that you think twice about buying this phone. Although it is fast and moves quite well the apps to SD card is a major problem and needs to be addressed.

Worst decision of my life

This phone is horrible. I got it in November and a week later, I wanted to hit it repeatedly with a hammer. It needs more memory and there are issues with the camera. As soon as I clear up a little memory so I can at least get SOME of my texts, it uses the tiny bit of space that I have to update an app that I don't even use. DO NOT GET THIS PHONE.

LG dropped the ball

This phone has great potential. JB is smooth, nice screen size and resolution. The problem is memory. LG didn't feel the need to keep app2sd in this phone so while it supports sd cards up to 32gb, you cant move apps onto it. you are given about 2gb total for app storage.

This phone is absolutely terrible.

Argh. Just thinking about this phone is giving me a headache and that's stupid cuz I'm using it to write this review. There is not a single thing I like about this phone. It has terrible memory space, for starters. It doesn't let you move apps to the SD card to free up some space. It comes loaded with a bunch of useless apps that take up all the memory space! Even after fitting it with a 16 GB SD card, the "Storage space is running out" is constantly there. After disabling a bunch of preloaded apps, it freed up about 200 MB of space. How generous. The camera constantly crashes as well. The quality is already terrible but the whole app crashing on top of that? Come on, LG. You can do better than that! This phone is simply the worst decision of my life. I regret paying the $60 as a down payment. I still have a $100 or so left to pay on my tab. I do not reccomend this phone to anyone. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration and DO NOT buy this phone. You will want to throw it across the room, like I have several times but it refuses to be destroyed. I guess that's something it has going for it. It's virtually indestructible. I dropped it in the snow while getting out of my car and it stayed buried under there all night. During the ice storm. In Canada. And it worked perfectly fine the next day. Not a scratch on it. But the rest of the features are garbage. I can't wait until I have the means to get a better phone. Then I'm giving this one to my little nephew to chew on and throw against the wall.
