This phone is a great bargain. It is a great phone for any age, and runs very well, has sufficient RAM , Storage and speed for an average user.
Great cell phone for the price. exactly what i wanted. easy to use and I love the camera.
Small phone, with a great screen and excellent call quality. I just popped in my AT&T sim, linked up my Google account and everything was up and running in no time. Controls are slightly different from my old LG so it took about a week to get everything exactly as I want it but it is there now. I am going to order another one for a backup in case this one gets lost or damaged.
This is a great phone for the money. It works well and has snappy performance. The screen is bright and responsive. I would buy it again.
You just can't go wrong with this phone !!!! For an all around great phone that is comparable to phones 3 times the cost this ones a home run regardless of its short comings which are minor and few so for under 50$ I bought 2 .the second one so I can have a back up !!
Needed a replacement phone for Moto G on regular ATT&T account. This filled the bill perfectly, simple put the sim card in the phone and turn it on.
Bought this almost a year ago for $50 on sale, and I've been really happy with it. I don't run any games whatsoever, and not very many apps. The phone is perfect for me. It's sturdy, so it can take a little beating when I'm at work. I really like the rubberized texture on the back. I don't know a lot about smartphones, but this one is perfect to learn on, since it can do almost anything a flagship type phone can do. I especially like that it was so cheap, so I don't have to stress about something happening to it. I have no problems with the battery going all day, even after a year, with moderate use. Now, after a year of use, I'm just barely starting to find myself looking for something more in a phone. But when I look around for phones, I find that even spending another $100 more, they really aren't an upgrade over this phone. You might get 0.1 more on the processor, or a slightly better camera, or 1/2" more screen size, but not all at once. If the camera is really important, you probably should go for a different unit, but that's about the only reason. Otherwise if you just need to run a few apps, text, check email, drive gps, etc, this one will do indefinitely, and you'll save about 500 bucks over your smart friends. Eventually you'll want to move up, like me, but there truly won't be any hurry.
Anyone who spends hundreds of dollars on a smartphone before at least giving this device a try is crazy. Original price was 150.00. now under 50 bucks does just about everything you would want a cell phone to do.
Works great . quite responsive. Tough. Would have liked a flash for camera and more internal memory but a microsd solves that problem
I had Motorolas before and forgot why I quit buying them. During my research regarding horrible video playback I was reminded that Motorola doesn't stand by their product. But on to my review.... Fairly good phone for the price. Takes excellent photos, and so far has enough internal storage for me to download apps I need, and I can move apps to my SD card. I upgraded to this phone because I needed more internal storage. I use this phone to play certain games with family and grandkids, and those games all come with video adds to earn points. But it takes ONE AND A HALF minutes to play back a 30 second video. Unacceptable, in my opinion. Pros: Front and rear facing camera. Takes great pics. Haven't tried the video yet. Feels nice in your hand, but it gets really warm when you use it. Has a mode where you can wave over the screen and it will give you info without waking up your phone (messages, etc. I forget what the name of that mode is) Cons: Phone is kind of heavy. Overheats when it's in my purse. NEVER had that happen before. Choppy and horrible video playback. Worst I've ever encountered. Must clear cache individually for EACH app. Takes WAY too much time. There is no "clean sweep" to close all apps running in the back ground. You have to close each one individually. Must move downloaded apps to SD individually, no setting (that I could find) to auto save them to SD card. (only photos and videos will save automatically to the SD card). There is no badge notification to see how many messages/phone calls/emails you have. But you do get a swipe down notification, which is nice, but when I am on my home screen i'd like to know if I have a message without having to check. I forget to check sometimes. The Gallery shuts down when I try to post a photo from the gallery app to facebook. I have to open facebook and post it that way, which can be a pain, but at least THAT works. Just realized there's no flash for the camera. I've tried to find info on correcting each of the issues above but my searches have brought up nothing. Yes, I could have bought a better phone which would have done all the things I've listed as cons above. So I did give 3 stars because the price is right, and so far the phone works. I've had it two weeks, so I do hope it lasts throughout the life of the warrantee from WalMart.
