Haven't had the phone that long, but loving it so far! It will take a little getting use to the size of the phone, but it does make it easier to read and text.
This is the best alternative to the phone that I had which was the LOG G4. It has all the same functions except I can't get the WI-FI calling to enable which with unlimited talk doesn't really matter. Only drawback is that I wish it had more internal memory.
Ordered these phones for me and my wife cause I get the Walmart Associate discount. I've been reviewing and studying the phone for a while. Love it cause the battery life is awesome and it hss 16 gigabite onboard storage which I love. My wife loves the phone size. It's a great product for the money. Buy it cause you won't regret it.
So I have had this phone about a week. I previously had an lg g3 from at&t. I loved that phone but the sim slot stopped working and then the battery started going out. So I looked around and was between this phone and the g4. Let me tell you. This phone is perfect. I love the large screen. It is fast and does everything perfect. I do miss a few things from the higher in G series phones like smart notice. I highly recommend this phone. And I work in the wireless department at Walmart. So phones usually do not impressed me. But this one did.
Phone works really well. Its quite fast for a mid-range phone. Quite easy to use. If you need to travel and use google maps on your phone. It will struggle to find you even rebooting the phone doesnt help. Factory resets work for a bit. If you are looking for a phone to play Pokemon Go with. I wouldnt suggest this phone.
I purchased and started using this phone back in October. It was double the storage size of my previous phone, so that was the driving factor that led me to buy this one. The processor has remained quick and it can handle a dozen running apps at one time. I do think this is the best phone you can buy at this price point. The only thing I wish was better was the camera. I, like many people today, use my phone as my camera, and the rear only has 8MP. That's fairly standard for phones produced at this time frame, but the iPhone is still far superior in camera quality. The only problem is, you're spending 3x as much which isn't worth it in my eyes. Overall, I would purchase this phone again.
I've had my phone almost 1 month and I can't receive any calls except from T-Mobiles support. Everyone that I spoke with in regards to this incident have been very nice and helpful, but I'm with out a phone for 2 weeks or so . So far the rest of the phone works really well and I hope this is a one time fix
LG support denies knowing about this problem. But there are loads of complaints online I have only had the phone for one week should not be having any problems whatsoever.I may return the phone and buy another brand not happy. I would not reccomend this phone.
I believe my phone is refurbished, even though it says new. My battery lasts 2 hours. And my phone is super slow, with tons of delays. I've had this same phone twice now, and loved it. But I always purchased from the store. I will never order via online again. This phone doesn't work right.
I got this phone less than 3 months ago. Loved it. It worked great. Then out of the blue the screen started flickering. Restarted in safe mode, still flickering. Factory reset (ugh!), and still flickering. Apparently others have had this problem as well. It was a great phone, but now it's just annoying.
