This phone does it all--even giving me intermittent cell service where I normally don't get anything. It's fast, easy to set up and use, and looks great. It's hard to see why anyone would pay hundreds more for the same utility.
After using a flip phone for the past 5 years it has been a tech shock to transfer to this phone but it is pretty easy to use. I'm still trying to figure out all the gadgets but the camera is great!
I have never had a Smartphone before. I need assistance with this phone and not because of the phone itself, but because I am electronically inept. Once I receive instruction and apply what I have learned, then I have no issue. I like this phone very much.
Great Phone, still learning to use it but I am not very cell phone literate. Reall just use it to talk & text; that's all a man needs, lol. I did install Facebook and My E-mail account so I can check that away from home if need be. Great Price, I also bought 2 year warranty plan, can't go wrong there.
This is a great phone! It worked fine straight out of the box for me. It has double the memory of the old LG phone that I had, so I'm happy with that. It surfs the web great. Both front and back cameras. Does texts. External speaker. Google apps. I'm impressed!
I bought this phone for myself for my birthday. I LOVE it. Transfering minutes and my number was a snap. I bought a LG phone before this, a Optimus. I hated it the moment I got it out of the box, and paid a LOT more money. I`m also a fan of tracfones. How can anyone argue with $7.00 month cell bill. It may not be for everyone. But this serves me just fine!
I have been a long time Tracfone customer. I recently upgraded to this LG Sunset smartphone and I really like the phone a lot. It has everything I need with an affordable price....Would have given it 5 stars if there was a minutes balance that displayed on the screen at all times like my old LG phone. But no worries, there is a downloadable app that allows me to view my remaining balance. Still getting used to using a smartphone but so far I love it! Activation was simple. I just followed the directions and did it myself online.....Perfect phone for someone who just wants to use the internet browsing feature occasionally. Can surf the web with my own wifi without using any of my data up, too......
I live in a rural mountainous area with poor reception, which is why I wanted to upgrade my phone. This one gets two bars where I had been getting no service with my Tracfone LG 840G. Switching was easy, I moved my minutes to the new phone online without a problem. The only bad thing is it is hard to read the screen in bright sunlight, something I can live with. I like the way it fits in my hand, not too wide.
had a terrible time getting phone connection. AT&T does not work in my city. I did not know which carrier worked on this phone. It would have been nice if the box would say who the carrier was. The phone works nice now that I have the right model phone. Poor customer service.
The keypad is non-responsive, when it does work t throws whatever letter or symbol it wants. Can't sign on to the internet. Won't take a full charge. Won't answer calls. I will be returning this phone.
