I bought this phone new about a year ago. It has been great ! I took a trip with my mother and lost it at a McDonalds , on the way back i stoped to see if anyone had turned it in. They had , but it had been run over by a car or two. The glass is broken but the phone still works ! Unbelievable! This is what im using to send this to you ! When i can get the money together, i will go out and buy another LG phone. Right now things are tight , i take care of my mother which is 95-year-old and we dont have much coming in. But i just want to tell you , you make a GREAT PHONE ! I had got a body glove for it to which i know that had helped to protect it some as well. But thank you for making a wonderful products! I think this was a great idea from LG engineers to have manufactured this. I like the CPU on this cell it processes data very quickly and accurately. The 5" screen is also a plus which makes visualizations and writing alot easier without any difficulty. The camera is not bad either. A few steps up from our previous optimus dynamic. More internal memory, bigger screen, newer Android version, front facing camera and higher price tag. Still it's a lot less expensive than most phones out there. I found it to be the best budget phone on Net10 right now. Does not read WMA music files. I had to convert to MP3.
I have had the phone for 3 weeks now. Bought this to replace my Note 3 that was stolen. I know that this is not a high end phone but LG cut way too many corners when they made this phone. The speaker on the back of the phone makes it almost worthless. Everyone Aroundme can hear it, I can't. So much for using the speakerphone option. The screen won't flip in the upside down position. The phone will only rotate 3 ways. The standard keyboard really stinks. Bad layout of option keys(to get voice to txt as an example) Those 3 things are just the tip of the iceberg of problems with this Inexpensive phone. Don't look at this phone as a long tern keeper. you only get 2.90 of free space memory out of 8gb things that tracfone dose not tell any one if you are a new customer you will not get triple minutes ..make sure whatever cell you pick his more then 1gb of free space of ram i got one that had 72% free space of ram i download 5 apps and his only 20 of free space of ram customer and tech support are the worst ever
