I love it..it is so easy to learn i am a 69 year old lady and if i can lean about it then anyone can..it is just the right size
After reading the negative reviews I was reluctant to try Total Wireless. After some time I decided to go ahead. I found Total Wireless reps very helpful and minor problems were resolved quickly. The delays in activation when transferring numbers are caused by the old carrier, not Total Wireless. In addition, I would expect other activation problems are caused by customers providing incorrect or incomplete information. I placed two calls to customer service and engaged in one chat. All three contacts were quick and resolved my questions. I highly recommend this service.
It took a little bit to get used to this phone ( I'm old) but it was worth the effort its nice size quick and easy to use
Good phone for the price !
I like the phone but have issues with it being limited to Android 5.02. I found that some of the apps that I use could not be downloaded because of this. I also have concerns about security. Settings show that the Android security patch level is 2016-11-01. I will return it for a comparably priced iPhone 6.
I bought this a week ago and it is impossible to get the android updated. Samsungs update center ALWAYS says that they are temporarily out of service and to come back later. Plus it runs buggy. I don't think this is the same quality as the ones made when the s6 was just released.
This Phone doesnt Work, With a Total Wireless Card Dont Buy, This Phone is Not Scannned Because it doesnt Work, All this Phone is Great for is Web Browsing, it doesnt Work or activate for calls
BE AWARE that this phone cannot be unlocked, which means that you cannot port it to any other carrier. The operating system is set up such that you are locked out of the "Wireless Networks" control panel.
defective item would not stay on unless plugged into the charger once you unplug it powered off and will not come back on unless plug back in would not buy from the seller obviously it was defective before they sent it
Phone came completely dead so I charged it to 100% left it off came home 10 hours later the battery was down50% with no use then it came in in a different language would not do any thing called total wireless told me to take out the battery, it's not removable then they said it had to be activated t tried to get it through skull the screen won't move can not go to setting and no English they were total useless. I am returning it to the store.
