I don't understand why anyone pays more than $35-$45 a month for cell phone service. This is a Verizon phone, with unlimited text and data available through Total Wireless or Straighttalk. It also has the at-a-glance green and blue lights for missed calls/messages, which is getting harder to find, especially at such an affordable price. Love this phone!!!
The phone is fine. The customer service at total wireless leaves alot to be desired. All of the reps are from foreign countries and not all understand English well. It took more than a week to get one phone activated because they kept entering incorrect information.n It was extremely frustrating.
WORKS PERFECT AND CAME WITH THE SIM CARD!
TW and their plans work for me and my family. I have been Big Red V and ST customer with smart phones since '11. This is the best all around phone I have had yet. I do not use a TON of apps but have a few and there is still 2.9gb of storage left on the phone. This phone is 4G, 4G on TW is nice but I am fine with 3G as well. I put a tempered glass screen protector on it and have not noticed any sensitivity issues. Battery life is pretty good, better than my work Galaxy S5 phone. I have only had the phone for a couple weeks but so far so good.
I love this phone ! Usually I'm no good figuring out Android but this phone makes it easy . I'm hard of hearing and the volume on this phone is much better than my LG . I also like the flashlight and cameras...what can I say but I love everything about this phone !
I just purchased 2 Samsung Core Prime phones, I had to order them online since both Wal-Marts in town did not have them in stock. They arrive on time and both have been reasonably good so far, considering the price I paid for them. It doesn't have every bell and whistle as a more expensive phone, but it does what I need it do and more. Despite other reviews I read, it does have a calculator. The Wal-Marts here don't stock cases or screen protectors for this phone but have plenty online, at good prices. If you're looking for a decent phone for a reasonable price then this could be for you.
I've had the phone for about a week and switched from Sprint to Total Wireless. So far things are very good. The phone is a lesser model than I'm used to but does everything I need. I've had great reception and no issues with the Play Store to get apps or update. The battery is holding up great too which is refreshing but I'm also not gaming on it. It's a bit slippery so I suggest you get a case for it. Great phone for the money!
Fast load time, easy to use.
Overall the phone is good, Android does a pretty good job. I had to return the phone simply because the camera is terrible!! (I knew it was going to be a 5 mp camera but didn't really take it into consideration.) I take a ton of pictures of my son and they were not up to par. It may not make a difference to some but in my opinion they are memories I can never get back. We spent the extra money to get a phone that contained an 8 mp camera and I am happy again. If the consumer Is just needing something basic then this will work.
But, terrible battery life, constantly drop 4glte connection and the say no mobile network, until you restart it, the good, it's a Samsung, once you on WiFi you good to go
