This is a very nice phone with more features than I'll ever use, want or need. I likely should have purchased a lesser phone for my needs but this is a quality phone and was/is in excellent working condition for a refurbished product. One complaint is there is not card slot to expand memory but in reality I have other quality cameras, MP3 players, big screen tv's that do that job much better than any phone so really there's no actual need for additional memory in my case I don't want to to watch a movie on tiny phone screen anyway. The only real question is FreedomPop and how they will work out. So far the phone service (Sprint) has been pretty good in my area with no issues, and it's been free (so far but we'll see). I really just need an emergency type of phone as I'm an adult male and not really interested in having continuous conversations, strings and links to everyone and everything else continually.
Good phone and good service and very cheap
Shipped to me quickly and impressed with the quality of phone i received. Cleaned up nicely and everything worked properly. I would do it again.
First device ordered had a defect - a dead area on the screen. Quick return at Sam's Club. Ordered a 2nd one. Quality was very good. Had difficulties activating the device with FreedomPop. Had to make 3 calls to get device activated. Had to make a 4th call to Support to be able to receive calls!!! On the plus side, support desk is quick to answer but is available only from 9am-5pm Pacific time Mon-Fri although I was able to get (useless) help on the first 2 calls on a Sunday. Before activating the device with FreedomPop, I would recommend you run a thorough quality check with the Phone Doctor Plus Android app; only if all tests pass then activate the device, otherwise return it promptly.
Have no Sprint service in my area and phone will only work on Sprint Network. Bad purchase on my part, Sam's Club should have noted the restrictions.
