Some sights show bad reviews on this cup holder, saying it doesn't stay in place. I decided to give it a try anyways, because my daughter really wanted her own cup holder. I'm not sure why the complaints were so negative, unless they weren't installing it right. There is a little hole notched out in the fabric of the carseat cover, place the stick part of the cupholder through that notch, and then lift up the fabric cover to expose the the carseat base. You will see a slot the the cup holder stick goes into. Push it in until you hear a click, and viola..it stays in place perfectly. It's a very durable cup holder, works well, and a great price! Diono carseat holds up to 4 cup holders. I plan on buying more for my to older boys, since my vehicle is very limited on cup holders.
This cup is the same cup that comes with a Diono car seat. It snaps into a hole in the seat to create a perfectly solid cup holder. My daughter loves having 2 cup holders.
This cup caddy is easy to install, look at the photo on the box and you can figure out where to insert it into your car seat. I do wish that the cup caddy was slightly larger to fit all of my daughter's water bottles, but other than this, it is a good product.
