So I have MANY different baby bath tubs. Bathing a new born is difficult. They're slippery and fragile and it can be hard! I found this foldaway tub and it is the best tub EVERRR!!! I Love that it can recline on both sides and be completely flat. Ive had it for over 6 months now. I put my infant it. He didn't slide around like he did in my other 100 tubs. He slid a little, but hey, adults slide in a bath tub! Thats what happens with a naked bum and soapy water... But he didn't slide as much as the other tubs and blooming flower i have. Its also SO soft and cushiony since it is inflatable. My son is now 16 months old. I STILL use it on my counter top! Just fill it in my sink and move it to the counter and bathe him sitting up with his toys! No back pain for me bending over with him in a tub. Best 25 bucks ever spent. I'm purchasing one for my brother and his new baby! And I love that it folds up, I store it in my lower cabinets. Amazing product!
I bought this product for my new grandson. My daughter was very nervous about it, but as soon as she saw how much he enjoyed floating in the water and now was enjoying his bath for the first time she was hooked. As soon as they returned home, they went to their local walmart and bought one for their home. I would advise putting a towel under the baby to prevent slipping. Don't hesitate to buy this product.
I like this product, I gave it as a gift to my niece and she loves it for her new baby
I love it... It's soft & has cushion for my baby rather than having a hard surface. Comfortable for my little one. I received my order quickly as well
It is important to clarify that this product offers convinience and that is what you are getting. I would not have bought this product unless I needed something that I could easily take along on trips. Besides the trips, now it is being used every weekend outside as a minipool. My daughter loves it! If you are looking for an actual daily use bathtub, I would recommend one of the many sturdier bathtubs that are worth twice as much. Do consider, those you will not be able to take along on trips (unless you have some extra room)!
The design is meant to be nice but, the legs on this thing are not very supportive. I may have to find a way to make it actually stand on it's own. Buy if you're a fixer upper.
Product design is good but quits bad because I bought and writhing a month inner plastic layer what hold water tears off and broken
Don't get this item!! This product isn't good for infants ! My 5 month old son slipped and banged his head on the plastic, first I was like he's okay but then he started to cry hard and I saw blood so I cut the bath short and cleaned him. It's a small but but it was very close to his right eye!
I was very excited about the inflatable interior, release plug for water, and the fold away feature. However, they were also the reasons that caused me to return it. The inflatable interior was slippery and cold. My little one, who is now 6wks, kept sliding so I had to keep one hand on him throughout his baths. I also had to continue to pour water over the plastic to keep it warm. The release plug would drain the water before I could finish his bath. Once it's filled with water the plug would release by itself. It was difficult to fold. I would unlock one side and by the time I unlocked the other side the first side would be locked again. This is not ideal. You must use two hands just to fold it. Stick to the bath tubs with the mesh holder. I went and bought one and it works great!
You can't put a baby that don't sit there.
