Desitin Maximum Strength is truly effective, just as advertised. It provides immediate relief for my children's rashes. There is a light blue variant for daily use, but personally, I prefer this deep purple one because it offers superior and fast healing. Usually, it takes about a day for my children's skin to return to normal, and in more severe cases, it may take around two days. I have been using this product for 5 years on my two children and always recommend it to other new parents.
My favorite brand of rash cream for babies. It is always great to keep stocked near the diaper changing area or bathroom. It helps in healing diaper rash overnight. Cream is thick and easy to apply but will take little effort to wipe if off completely. I have used creams from different brands before, and this is by far the best one.

Desitin has been around for a very long time. Desitin is a brand that I'm familiar with and it has helped soothed my babies bottom so many times. It's a thick cream that goes directly on to the affected area. It's my #1 choice diaper rash crème product.
Desitin is my go to product for rashes. It very effective for healing and recovering quickly. It helps prevent rash with very little product needed. It's extremely thick. I don't care for the scent much, but it works so I don't care. Totally recommend.
This definitely helps every single time. If I see even a little bit of a rash forming I put some of this on my baby and it soothes her immediately. The packaging is also very helpful and easy to travel with. The consistency is good and the scent is not too strong.
This is advertising as a 2 pack but we only received 1. Ugh
item came broken because they shipped it in a bag without any bubble wrap protecting it. i now have to go to target to buy one until i get another one shipped out. in addition i have to print and ship the damaged one back instead of throwing it out which is super inconvenient.
I bought 2 containers of destin and in the first one I opened I found a piece of sponge. How is it possible that in such a delicate product for babies that happens. Who do not know that this has contact with the skin of babies? What a bad control of this brand.
This was advertised as a 2 pack and I only received one. Now it is advertised as one for $20. I never received it and they wanted to give me a refund for less than what I paid for it.
