I had searched all over for a lamp base that matched my sons crib for our new little. He has graduated to a twin bed, and we wanted to leave his lamp in his room, so we had nothing for the new baby! I had found bases that were upwards of $30, and I couldnt imagine spending that. But I found this on clearence for only $11, and it is PERFECT! The colors match the crib spot on, I'm so happy with this product! I have to mark the setting currently as never used since my new one wont be here till September :)
the only thing that bothers me about this product are the tiny flaws in the wood. which would be a non-issue if the color of it wasn't natural wood (shows every flaw...) what's great is that a simple white lamp shade from Lowe's fits it perfectly ($6.99).
