Hey new parents, once your baby is old enough to hold their head up well on there own, this is a great learning and recreational toy/tool. It helps with development wonderfully, but more importantly, it gives the baby an activity that keeps them occupied for a good while. Definitely a wonderful device!
My son (4 months old) absolutely loves this! It's super simple to put together, and is easy to store. It's sturdy (which I was initially worried about it being dangerous/flimsy/etc), and easily hangs in any doorway. My son loves to turn/twist around and bounce in this jumper! For the price, it really can't be beat! We've bought a swing, an activity gym, an activity saucer, and all kinds of other toys.. and this is probably one of his favorite things to play with so far! I'd definitely recommend other parents to try it out.. especially for the price!
Sturdy product, we put this to the test using most the weight of my 19 year old son, 170 pds, pulling down on it to make sure it was safe, it didn't even budge.
I like product so far. My son is 5 month right now so he doesn't really jump in it much yet. However very well made and i like how it clamps to doorway.
My son is "technically" too young for it yet, but he has great head control so I put him in anyway. He's not heavy enough to activate the springs and jump yet either, but it works similar to a swing in the playground, and he likes standing in it too. I think it will continue to be a great and valuable product as he grows. And for the price it can't be beat.
The product is fine. Getting it from Walmart was a nightmare. I'll never use site to store again.
My 5 month old son loves his jumper. He hasn't quite learned to jump yet and make the most of this jumper, but he loves spinning around and being able to see us where ever we are in the room. Every baby needs a johnny jump up! It is adjustable which is handy as baby grows and gets taller.
My son had the old jumping johnny and that thing BOUNCED !!! He broke it so I bought this ... He can barely make it jump but an inch, the spring isnt very flexible. Not really happy with it
The "jumper" was easy enough to put together and seems durable, but my little guy (six months old, pretty good size) couldn't get any bounce from it. We tested the spring and if we pulled hard, we could get a little movement - but nothing like what we expected. It sort of works as a swing, but the directions say not to use it as such. We returned it within 24 hours.
so I bought this for my six month old my older son had a different one I forgot wich one but he loved it so I got my six month old this one since it wus cheaper but the quality is so pour it gets tangled when hes jumping and because it gets tangled he cant reach the floor so he gets frustrated total mess don't recommend it to anyone get the one that's a lil bit more pricy.
