This breast pump is very simply constructed, but gets the job done. The suction cup has a really good grip and is fairly comfortable. The contoured handle makes it easy to grip. It takes a lot of pumping to really start filling the bottle, but it doesn't hurt your hand. I am quite pleased with it and would recommend.
I've been through two electric pumps before buying this pump. The electric pumps just don't measure up. This pump yields twice as much milk in half the time. Definitely worth the money!! Don't waste your money on the electric pumps that suck up batteries (and therefor more money!)! This one is AWESOME!
I bought this to use on the go since my electric needed to be plugged into an outlet. Turns out I get more milk out using this manual pump compared to my Playtex electric double pump. I wish I'd know that would be the case before I purchased my electric pump. This Lansinoh pump is very easy to use and it doesn't make your hand tired or hurt from being in an awkward position. Very comfortable pump, easy to use, quiet obviously, and seems to be very durable. Very easy to clean.
I'm a second time mom. Love love love this pump. The price is more than worth it. The pump expresses milk quickly and is comfortable to use. Easy to assemble and to clean. It also saves space if you need to pack it and take it with you. I'd suggest this to first time mom's who are unsure of which pump to buy, it's incredible. I really wanted an electric pump but they were to expensive, heavy/bulky, and they didn't seem to pump milk very quickly. Even though this one is manual, it can empty a full breast in minutes.
I've had this pump for 2 weeks & it works great. I pump 1-4 times per day. You get 2 storage bottles as well as 2 storage bags. I love that the pump fits a standard size bottle so I can pump directly into bottles that I already had.
I bought this pump as a replacement for an Evenflo manual pump that was just awful. The very first time I used this one, I could tell the difference! It was 100 times more efficient and comfortable than my other one. It's almost totally silent, except for the small hiss of air and can be used one handed without worrying about the breast falling out of the flange or the bottle coming loose. I will hang on to this pump for future use with my next child!
I got the Lansinoh pump because I had read so many good reviews about it. I have not tried other manual pumps, but this one did not disappoint. I use my glass even flow bottles with it instead of the ones that they give, but I do like the bottle caps those are nice. I think that they would work with any standard sized bottle that screws on too.
this manual breast pump is great. i did have an electric pump (evenflo comfort select) but it died after a month. i decided to go manual and its the best.
This is so easy to use and so easy to clean. I breastfeed and bottle feed and this pump is great when my little one prefers the bottle. It's very easy to use very easy to clean and easy to reassemble. Also the price was great and I love that all the parts can be put in my sterilizer. I would highly recommend this pump.
I brought this pump on a budget and it works just as great as the more expensive Medela manual pump or electric I purchased before,it's lightweight, quiet and I love that it has a soft breast shield cover not hard plastic, the suction is really strong and it's great that you control how much or how little pressure you need. The pump also includes two values, two bottles/with caps, two milk bags and a stand,I plan on pumping mainly into gerber glass bottles but I love the Lansinoh bottles it comes with too. It comes apart easy for cleaning and is very quick to assemble which is a huge plus.
