Easily Digestible. Iron Fortified. No Genetically Engineered Ingredients. USDA Organic. Net Weight 8 OZ (227 g). Store in a cool dry place. Use within 30 days of opening. To open: 1. Remove plastic wrap. 2. Pull at corner to peel off seal. 3. Push top tab in. 4. Pull pour spout down. Instructions: Simply mix & serve: 1. Pour desired amount of cereal in a bowl. 2. Stir in liquid (breast milk, formulaor water). 3. Mix to desired consistency. 4. Serve as is or warm. 5. Discard any remaining cereal from feeding. For Babys first feeding: Mix 1 tablespoon of dry cereal with 3-4 tablespoons of breast milk or formula Increase liquid to reach desired consistency.
