Need it and not bad tasting.
I take this vitamin because adult vitamins upset my stomach. This vitamin is a good choice if you are on a tight budget and can't afford the pricier Flintstones or Gummi vitamins. The flavors are palatable, which also helps with taking one each morning.
My kids ate these and told me that were horrible. I tasted one and couldn't hardly get it down and it the after taste stayed forever. Terrible.
