Walmart shipped the tv for free (also ordered a tv mount from Walmart) and got it mounted on wall with ease. Fit perfectly as measured and works flawlessly as expected. Great image quality, full functionality as described and setup was not bad via wifi. Highly recommend if you need this size monitor/tv for a specific space you have planned out just like I did.
I purchase the 50" Samsung Crystal UHD during past Memorial Day sale and I truly love this product!!! The previous tv was at its ten-year limit and it keep going out and I decided that I had enough and purchase a great model for about $90 dollars of the original price!!! I had no issues what so ever and took the entire tv set by myself with no problems!!! I still need to know more of this product but its a Samsung and most Samsung products are very good and reliable!!! When you do have the tv set ready it will do a update and it took which I thought 2 hours initially it been reduced to about 30-45 minutes approximately!!! Thanks Wal-Mart for having the opportunity to catch your Memorial Sale by chance!!!
The tv is just fine so far. We paid more than it's probably worth but only because they were offering overnight delivery. TVs are dirt cheap. I could have got a 65" for the $380 I paid for this 50". Plus it seems smaller than the 48" it replaced. That could be optical.
Purchased this as our first bedroom TV, for the guest room. Found that the 50" size was just right for that size room. This TV is not an "entry level" unit and has an excellent picture, sound and range of adjustments and inputs.
Samsun TV's are overall good! We now have 3 of them and the picture is what really impresses us. Old movies, black and whites, present day, they all are enhanced by the electronics in a Samsung. The picture looks a little 3D, not flat as other sets. In our home, we found Samsung to be a great picture, easy to control and reliable, so when it came time to buy another TV, we went with what we know works!
Good smart TV especially for the price. I’ve had better Televisions in the passed but this one was definitely worth the price. I however do not like the remote control that came with it, it’s cheaply made in my opinion.
Horrible delivery service. Get a new driver who actually cares about whether your customers receive their products. I purchased two things from Walmart, a television stand and a television and each came within one day of each other, and for each I received a notification that the product was delivered successfully. When I checked my front door, I did not find the package. A neighbor came over to me and told me there was a package left in my driveway and when I go check, this is what I find. Leaving an expensive television set, or any product for that matter, outside in a public area basically on the street tells me that the drivers are lazy and ineffective and if I’m having this problem, I could imagine many other people are having the same problem. This could’ve easily have gotten stolen due to the incompetence of the driver. People do your job! When it says, bring it to the front door, bring the product to the front door. How would you like if you purchased a product and it was left on the street?
Excited about the purchase and the tv was broken. The box did not show any damage that was noticeable.
The screen came with red numbers printed on it that will not come off as well as there were stickers on the screen that left residue that is hard to come off. The screen is also scratched in several spots.
Exactly what you would expect. Cheap junk that doesn't last. I've had this tv for 8 months. It's been sitting in the same spot since I took it out of the box. I have no children or pets and nothing has hit the screen but it already has a line going down the side of the screen that literally just appeared today. The tv is laggy and slow to respond to a remote with brand new batteries. The picture on my seven year old laptop is clearer and more vibrant than this piece of crap. I recommend only buying this tv if you are strapped for cash and can't afford better.
