Good vitamin for health benefits. A big tablet yet easy to swallow. (to me).

I love Spring Valley supplements. I like to take Vitamin C to brighten my skin and it helps. Other vitamin brands give me an upset stomach. Spring Valley doesn't.
I have used this for years. Satisfied with it. I prefer Hester-c for stomach issues but Walmarts C works fine.
