excellent product...helps my joints etc...best of all I can easily read the product information on line...I have low vision and finding the correct product in the store is difficult...can't read it...so this works much better for me

I love the quality and the generous amount of softgel capsules. I take these daily.
My primary recommended I take Fish Oil 4 times daily to help reduce my blood lipids. However, my cardiologist says that scientifically there hasn't been proven to be of any true benefit to the circulatory system as far as reducing cholesterol or triglycerides. I've taken fish oil for a fairly lengthy time, then had to stop taking it to have a minor procedure because it is considered as a blood thinner. I was out of Fish Oil for a couple of weeks and noticed I was having issues with constipation. I asked my primary about the irregularity and was prescribed a fiber laxative (which I never began taking) but went back on the Fish Oil [1 softgel 4 times a day] and the constipation went away. That's a good enough reason for me to keep taking it.
I must take 4000 mg of fish oil daily. Having a product that I trust and in a dosage and price that I can handle easily.
My husband swears by this.
This is my first time purchasing this particular supplement. It was packaged nicely and sealed very well. I have taken Fish Oil supplements for a long time, so I will see how this one seems to do and (if I remember) re-post about this product after use.

This product is a good price for 120 liquid softgels. However, the label did not include the amount of EPA or DHA per softgel. I feel that for me it's important to know those individual amounts when taking fish oil so I returned my unopened bottle.
