Love this medicine helpme sleep.
Feel safe taking these to help sleep at times. Even give them to my adult son when he has trouble sleeping.
Works great. Just enough to help go back to sleep.
I have tried Melatonin in various strengths: 10 mg, 5 mg, and 300 mcg. I have found that the 300 mcg dosage is working very effectively for me. Still struggle with getting to sleep. However, once I've fallen asleep, it is deep and restful (with no "drugged" feeling.
Been using these for a few months, combined with magnesium. Have had good results.
At first, with 5 mg Melatonin. They helped me getting to sleep but I got terrible nightmares. I started cutting them in half; I found that they still worked and seemed to cause less spectacular nightmares. I found 3 mg pills, and ended up cutting those in quarters, so 0.75 mg per dose. Still helped with sleep and dreams were ok, but a pain to cut theses small pills. I found these 300 mcg (.3mg) in a pharmacy. They work perfectly but I don't have access to that Pharmacy anymore, and I found them here. P.S.: I am not a small person, over 200 lb. Medications affect people differently.
A lot of people don't realize that this is the correct dose for melatonin. These very high doses that people take can cause nightmares and not improve sleep. This is the correct dose.
Excellent product, small amount of melatonin which is more than sufficient for most people. Does not cause a headache!
It is a small pill, easy to swallow...I will buy next time, I sleep very well and it is not like you have to sleep immediately.
I took this pill twice and both of the times doesn't work for me. I sleep but not sleep ( I am conscious all the night although I was asleep).
