Having been using this a while now along with my vitamins. Helps with my vision . I am over 40 so my vision is not my best.

I order the wrong ICaps, intending to get the gel-caps but received the tablets instead and could not tell the difference. Therefore I will not order online any more because of SMALL printing.
I wouldn't buy it if I knew it's 4 tablets per day.
Recommended dosage: 4 tablets per day instead of 2. After ordering, took 9 days to receive. Lesson learned: ALWAYS READ THE DESCRIPTION CAREFULLY.
Didn't like the big black pill; preferred the little pale yellow pill.
