I just purchased this One A Day multivitamin/multimineral supplement for my husband. I chose this one because the pill is smaller than other brand in the market. The ingredients are great with most important vitamins. He tolerates this multivitamin tablet well, no bloating, nausea or constipation. It's only one tab a day which is very convenient. So far I am happy with the purchase.

i take this one every morning before work . It help me have energy in the morning but it don't have any taste and the tablet kind of big . Good vitamins for cheap price .
I dislike the fact that the company takes the money out of your account right away, but the refund back to you will take up to 10 business days for it to co e back to you. it should be able to go right back into your account just as fast as it came out.
