I am a diabetic and this is my favorite brand for urinary protection.
I have used this product before, and like it. I think that the 'bottle' Azo might be a little better in my world! (easier) The punch-out tablets would be great on a trip, so I think I will keep both types around.
I take 2 caplets daily, to help keep me from getting a urinary tract infection, and it works! Nothing has ever helped me like this product, at keeping my urinary tract healthy. In the past when I didn't take them regularly, and felt an infection coming on, I doubled up. I took 2 caplets in the morning, and 2 caplets in the evening, with lots of water. Within a few days I was back to normal, and started back on 2 caplets daily!

My nurse practitioner recommended these to me due to my frequent UTI's and commuting to taking them everyday I do notice a difference. They have been a big help along with other precautions!
I buy these to keep on hand, just in case. They're easier to swallow than chugging gallons of cranberry juice. After a day or two on these, my UTI is gone.
It's okay so far. I see a little difference since taking it. But I was already in good health. I just wanted to maintain getting enough probiotics for digestive health ans cranberry for better kidney and bladder health to keep me from having to run to the bathroom to pee too often since I drink a lot of fluids.
After using this Azo Cranberry supplement cap for six months with no noticeable effect, I feel almost sure it may not have worked for me. In fairness, hard to tell if it did or not, as maybe it prevented my problem getting worse, tho I can say my condition has not improved after half a year using it. Actually had a referral from a specialist to try this product instead of going route of a hugely expensive pharmaceutical prescription med. Finally, recently, our new family doctor prescribed a med (won't name it here tho it begins with nearly same 3 letters like Avo), fast improvement noticed in less than a month. Already in third week, I have significant changes. I have kept for the past year a nightly log and use it to show my doctor a real record of what happens, not just my recall. Log shows BA visits spaced out farther and farther apart. Log shows date, clock time, pwp if with pain, and quantity in milliliters measured using a marked jar. This new product works, although still have urgency and pain remain not that much reduced. I still take this Azo because bought so many boxes at once, and even took twice the dose with no noticeable effect. Still it may have prevented condition getting worse.
