I like these because they are tasty and I don't have to swallow a big pill. I would recommend buying these on line because they are hardly ever on the shelf at the store.
Vet recommended. One chew in AM and one chew in PM and my dog is arthritis-free, symptom-free. Dog size is bassett hound around 45 lbs.
The bad thing about this product is that it is seldom available in the Crescent City Walmart and when I ordered it on line, it didn't give me the option of sending the order to the store, so I had to pay shipping and handling on it. It is hard to find glucosamine without shell fish which I am allergic to.
I thought the chews tasted pretty good. They were relatively soft and the wrapper came off easily. They are a lot easier for me than taking capsules ir pills. I am very pleased with the purchase.
I began to have no results with the Glucosamine/Chondrotin tablets. I switched to a more bioavailable form--these chewables, and the results were remarkable. I consider these a life saver. The taste took a little getting used to, but I don't care as long as they keep on working as efficiently as they do. The results for me, are excellent!!
Great product, Great price and it has helped my back and hip pain better than I could have hoped! I've had 2 back surgeries, and arthritis in my hips...the pain has been relieved since I started taking this 6 months ago! And it tastes good!
If you're like me and have a difficult time swallowing those large glucosamine chondroitin tablets, this is definitely the way to go. It would be nice to find them at a lower price, but I've looked around, and this seems to be the way to go.
When my husband is at home he takes a liquid form of the glucosamine and chondroitin that requires refrigeration. When he travels he packs these soft chews which eliminates his having to refrigerate anything. He notices no difference so he feels these chews are as effective for him as the liquid supplement. He was thrilled to find them at WalMart.com because CVS where he always bought them before has quit carrying them. He is hopeful WalMart.com will continue to make these available.
A wonderful product, its a great tasting chewable taffy and 100% over the normal huge pills I had so much trouble taking. I am 76 and have a lot of problems with arthritis and really believe Glucosamine Chondroitin is the reason I am able to live a normal life.
But it seems like there is never enough, about everyother time i go to get some they are out, why is this? i have a hard time taking pills like a lot of people & these soft chews really do help with that and they really improve my health. i really do like this product and am not lookling forward to hurting again b/c i cant find it and cant take anything else. please start carry more.
