I have been using the Equate Mature Multivitamin A thru Z Adult 50+ tablets as a dietary supplement as prescribed by my physician. They work very well for me and I don't have to pay more money for a "brand name" supplement. Why pay morejust for a "brand name"?
These are great and just as good as the high priced ones. I recommend them
I also take the one for women (I'm a guy) because it's got a couple things this doesn't, and then this has one that the other doesn't I feel great since I started taking supplements and rarely if ever get sick like I used to Zycam, I'm telling you, only take it the MOMENT you feel any symptoms…it's a miracle cure if you time it right, and also regular vitamins, I promise!
These are probably the most reasonably priced multivitamins available. Thanks Walmart.
I don't drink coffee, and found these a good sub to boost my alertness when tired. They are also not has harsh on my gut compared to other major brands
I am over 50 so that's why I order this bottle. This size last for about four months. I ordered to save time from going to Wal-Mart and waiting in line to get in the store. My doctor has approved that this brand is just as good as the more expensive ones.
I sropped taking many supplements because my paycheck remains the same, but essentials have quadrupled in price. Now I only take this and a couple others. I felt horrible when I got off all of them, but this multivitimin made a LOT of difference. Generic is almost always the same thing, if not better.
Easy to swallow while providing a wide range of vitamins and minerals our bodies needs all presented by a name I trust to deliver quality at an affordable price.
These multivitamins are top-notch!
I was taking these every day, i kept feeling incredibly Nauseous.. i figured out that i wasn't eating before i took them... so yea... some people "like myself" might feel Nauseated if you don't eat before you take these.
