I started to take this Biotin six months ago because my hair was damanged from heat and bleach products. I take 3 a day every morning with breakfast and six months later, my hair feels so silky and healthy. It has grown around 2.5 inches and strenghened a lot. My nails are stronger and healthier than ever.

If you are looking for an inexpensive product that works, try this one. I have use many different brands of Biotin, this one has been the best one that works for me. My hair was very thin now it's fuller my hair has stop falling out, the thinning areas are go, not to mention my nails are stronger not brittle etc. I highly recommend this product by this brand company.
Lid came broken ugh
This used to be better, but they change some thing in the manufacturing and it does not work as well. they used to have a clear liquid now there is a yellowish liquid inside. I have doubled up on them taking twice as much and still not as good as previous formula.
They were discolored, either by exposure or time. Threw them out.
The pills use to be white . The one I received was a weird color bad condition not expired but look like it was storage in a wrong temperature . Now I need to drive AGAIN back to ask for a refund , because otherwise I need to wait 10 business day for a refund if I call and I need my vitamins .
