I am using this product, along with my husband for swelling in the ankles (fluid retention). So far, it seems to be helping both of us.
I take this supplement twice a day for cardiac health. I am very disappointed that my local Walmart decided to delete this product from their shelves.
took 2 a day for 2 months . - i could see no difference or advantage to the product for myself-- nothing good / nothing bad. when taken without food it causes an aftertaste and a few burps but not bad really. don't plan to use it again.
