Works really good in addition to prescription medication for depression
I no longer have rage issues after starting these pills. I would recommend them to anyone who is dealing with anger due to depression.
I've been taking this supplement for 2 months and there is a noticeable difference in my mood. I'm much more patient with my kids, much more calm in stressful situations, and I just feel a lot happier. I actually find myself enjoying the things that I used to do without feeling like there's a cloud hanging over my head or like I'm in a funk. I'm glad that I finally decided to try this. And I don't even take the full dose. Just two capsules daily.
I just bought this about 1 day ago at a local Walmart for my depression and anxiety. I looked around and seen a bottle of St johns wort for 4 bucks. From that, I felt skeptical about why it was so cheap compared to other stores I went to which is 8-14 bucks average. From just looking at the bottle, it says 300MG but if you look closer, its actually per serving. A serving of this is 2 capsules so its actually 150mg per pill. They should have just put 150mg caps instead of 300mg instead. . . I have used this herb before with plausible results. I don't take the full 900mg dose as its usually described on most bottles. This should be enough to last about a month at 600mg a day~ Hopefully this works just as well as the other products I have bought from this brand.
Be you you are aware the this product is not like the one WM used to sale in store. (1 serving was one capsule, 3 per day) this product 1 serving is 2 capsules, 6 per day enough for 16 days.only.
