My eye doctor told me to take flaxseed for my dry eye. This is a natural oil, and very inexpensive.
I was happy to find that Walmart carried this Flaxseed Oil.
I use this because of my eyes. My eye doctor told me to start using Flaxseed Oil to help in the health of my eyes since I had surgery years ago. Been using this produce for more than 5 years.
OK Flaxseed Oil does what Fish oil claims to do: Bring your BP down & be healthy for your heart. But Flax is a plant that is renewable. This product is a better alternative if you care about the planet and the future of your children/grandchildren. Over-fishing is a big problem and flax is a better alternative. FISH OIL? no. Flaxseed Oil, yes.

My doctor recommended I take flaxseed oil so I went with this one. Never had any issues with it.
Bought this for dry eyes. Can't tell yet if it is working . I will update later to let you know. The price was the best I found anywhere . But I have a complaint about the shipping. It was the item I needed the most and it arrived last. I finally had to go to a store and buy some other first-an hour drive for me. But the biggest problem was the packaging. It came in a large box and was the only item in the box. It had about 20 feet of packaged air squares. Ironically the brand of packaged air was Earth Aware. Way too much excess!
The flaxseeds oil arrived before it's due date and with free delivery.
I take Flaxseed Oil for dry eyes but find this brand, among others, often leaks and stick to other pills in my pillbox.
