Zinc is required for me due to diabetic and other issues by several of my doctors since the early 1990s. I had to order online instead of from the Walmart store that had none.
This was the best value I could find. And I buy lots of Spring Valley products, so I trust them. Usually they recommend taking copper supplements with zinc as well, because zinc reduces your copper.
Good price for a mineral that supposedly helps enhance ones immune system. Sure beats risking your life taking the vaccine that has NO long term effect studies. One day half the country is gonna sprout an arm out of their forehead.....watch and see!!
Since starting a Veganish lifestyle my Doctor recommended that I start taking extra supplements. I say Veganish since I'm not sure if these would be considered Vegan. I have only been using this Zinc for about 2 weeks so can't really say if it has made a difference or not but I'm sure its helping fulfill some of the deficiency I may be lacking. They are small and easy to swallow and take 1 per day.
A girl at work told me about these. I asked my doctor if I could take them since I take multiple prescriptions. She said I could, so I take one a day. I have not had a cold since I started taking them. It's been about five years now. I would highly recommend them, but check with your doctor.

I e gone supplement and vitamin crazy. My doctor has asked me to STOP wasting my money. So when Im done with what I have, Im not buying any more. I assumed it could only help me by adding more collagen to my body. He insists that since I have no deficiencies - Im just helping my urine be expensive. The worse part about this is that I have a ton load of other stuff - ashwghanda, oreganol, Blackseed (cumin) oil, vitamin D, Zinc, potassium, probiotics, fish oil, silica, wheat germ oil, charcoal, colloidal silver, greens, ginger, garlic, biotin, and at least another 10 more...
This Zinc tablets was RX by my spouse Home Health Nurse to increase his immune system. She wanted higher dosage, 200 mg tablet a day but will need doctor 's prescription, and go throught the Plan D. I found this at Walmart online, so just crushed up 2 tablets = 100 mg and give 2 x a day. I do not know the effect yet as this is all still initial order.
Great! We all take 1 a day when we are coming down with a cold aND IT HELPS IT TO STAY AWAY.
You might think that 50mg zinc tablets are pretty fungible, but it turns out that they are not. These have smoother coating and an oddly pleasant smell in comparison to other zinc tablets. These go down pretty easily, while other products are like swallowing a small piece of chalk that wants to stick to your tongue.
