Nature's Way has been available on the market for as long as I can remember. Not only do I feel confident in their products, I'm comfortable giving to my husband as a someone with Diabetes 2 - he says he feels like he has more energy taking these! They're fresh with a long expiration date.

My dad has diabetes and these are great for him they are a little big but he swallows them okay. One thing i did notice with these is you can smell the a strong vitamin scent which gives me the impression that these are potent in a good way!

It also has taurine which can help give extra energy. Having a good multivitamin is a good and important step For the well-being process. These vitamins are also very high in thiamin and riboflavin.

The tablet is not too big and smells like the flint stones vitamin we used to get. It has b vitamins for energy support. The recommendation is to take it with food. My only complaint is that it caused a bit of burping issue even though I had it after meals. Other than that it is a great way to start your day after breakfast or get energy after your lunch meal. I do recommend folks have their multi vitamins regularly.
