I've been taking these supplements for the past 3 years religiously after falling down a flight of stairs at work and injuring my knee. If I discontinue the use of these pills for 3-4 weeks, the sharp pains in my knee come back. I take 1 pill a day M-F since I am in "maintenance mode." Some have said that the pills are too large, but I disagree. I've never had an issue swallowing them, and I also prefer to take only 1 day, not 2-4 per day.
