I recently gave the recommended dose to my niece and nephew because they are always sick from the air and school, and they love the taste. They said it's different than bubblegum and grape flavor that they always take. I would recommend this to anybody with younger kids! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

I like using the generic brand of this product more than the brand name because it is almost always available without dye. The versions that have dye end up being such a mess! It also always works as well as Tylenol.

This product worked perfectly for my kiddo! I usually have a hard time giving him any medicines because of the flavors but this was a great exception. I've always been the one that didn't like to give my kids tylenol or anything with acetaminophen, but when my son just came down with the flu I was so glad to have it here!! His fever was almost 100 but within an hour after giving him a dose of this his fever was gone!! This is something ill make sure to keep around because it helped with his cough and his sore throat also. So this is a good product to have when you have a sick kid around. And he loved the cherry flavor and I love the fact that its clear, dye free and the bottle is also a squirt bottle so you don't make the mistake of putting too much in the medicine cup or give more then the recommended dosage. This worked as well as any name brand product and cost much less. My little one felt better and her fever came down.
Only brand I get for my family it works just as good as the name brand. The syringe helps out alot I won’t give my son too much or to little just the right amount. And it’s not messy.
