I have a LOT of allergy/sinus problems, and this is the one thing that I really recommend to people who have similar issues. The packets are premixed, and you can use whatever strength (1 to3 packets at a time) that you want to get the desired effect. It helps to cut down the dependency of nasal sprays and medication.
It feels kinda weird the first time you use a nasal rinse but I have become a fan. It sure makes allergy season much more bearable. Without the rinses I am stuffed up and miserable for 3-4 months every year. These rinses help me feel more like myself again in a short amount of time. The rinses have natural ingredients instead of being filled with a bunch of stuff we don't need in our bodies. The price is certainly reasonable. Plus they come in premixed packets so you don't have to wonder if you are getting too much or not enough.
This Sinus Rinse system is helpful to clear out nasal congestion. These refill packets are a convenient way to get just the right amount of salt and baking soda.
Perfect coffee pot! I'm in love with it! Many pot options, filtered water makes a difference, reusable filter so no paper filters needed! Touch screen is easy to figure out. Overall very happy with my purchase!
For the past 10 years I've been using these Nasal rinse packets to prevent any nasal infections, and so far they've worked so well together with Distilled water. I've recommended tgis to my family and yhey also use it. Of course consult with your doctor before use like I did. They really help!
This is the very best thing anyone should use especially for sinus issues. I would use it on my granddaughters at age 4 and up when they would have the runny yucky noses. Better than anything!
This sinus rinse system is hands down the best option for anybody who has allergies, or congestion caused by any number of things in the environment. it's easy and not too expensive, but the fact that there's no medication in it, nothing pharmaceutical, lets me breathe easier! see what I did there!
The only thing I can figure out is that these packets are salt, buffered with bicarbonate--in the right amounts. It is much easier to tolerate these packets (one per bottle of water) than just putting in table salt. That's why I go ahead and purchase them. Using a nasal wash is bad enough (if you have allergies) Using these packets just makes it a little easier.
In the winter the house heat causes my nose to be very dry on the inside, so I use my Nettie pot in the morning and before I go to bed at night to clean out my sinuses and I sleep fabulous
I totally love this product and would have given 5 stars but....This is what 50 packets looks like on the inside, they dont even take up half of the box. What a HUGE waste of natural resources just for a shelf billboard! How absurd! storing this in my bathroom is also challenging in such a large package.
