This is an excellent product to use for sinus issues. Love it, not addictive, opens passages to the nasal area. A little pricey but well worth it.
My husband and I have been using this since Covid began. Its supposed to kill off Covid. When you first use it you are shocked by the sensation. But you get used to it and if it keeps one from getting Covid its worth it!

Love this safe and effective product. Non-toxic way to clear out my stuffy head that works very well. Great herbal combination that is a must have for our medicine cabinet and has been for years.
Christmas miracle for those who struggle with sinus infections or allergies.
It will burn some if you have any infection but will get you cleared up if possible without a drs. Intervention and is all natural!
It is very gentle and does not sting. No medicine smell. It helps with lubrication and keeping my nostrils clear.

This product is falsely advertised. WRONG picture! It shows the bottle that had top like saline spray. Where you can squeeze the bottle. The one I received has a long nozzle like prescription and OTC medicated sinus sprays. This is huge because it makes it EXTREMELY STRONG. Also if you have dexterity issues due to arthritis, age, or issues with hands it's bad. Either you can't do it or hand slips and you scrape inside of nose. VERY PAINFUL!
It stung really bad. I tossed it.
