I have suffered from allergies for years. My doctor suggested a netti pot. That was a disaster. I found this device and tried it. It is so easy to use. Just fill the syringe, place it against your nose and push the saline solution through your nasal passage. So easy. Love this product.
I love this! I suffer from chronic sinusitis. I discovered nasal irrigation about 10 years ago. I have tried several of the other products on the market, such as the Neti Pot. However, this product is the best. I used to suffer with at least one bad sinus infection every winter. I have been using this daily now for at least 6 years. I no longer am plagued with the sinus infections. I do not like taking the allergy/sinus medications. Since I began using this, I rarely take medication. During the spring, I will use it twice daily, once in the morning and once in the evening. It works!
By far, this my favorite sinus rinse. It's easy to use and easy to clean.
This Nasaline Nasal Rinsing System Is The Best ... it is so much better than the traditional Nettie Pots... I recommend this to anyone !

Great item to use when you have a blocked up nose and need to clear the mucus out to breathe clearly.
I only tried one application, that means one saline packet in 8 oz. of water. It was my first experience and I loved it. Nasaline Nasal Rinsing System cleared my sinus canals. I like how I have control of the flow. I suffer with the cold virus and allergies every year, and had the need to clear my nasal passage. Since I tried it once, I give 4 stars. If and when I have a need to use again, depending my experience, I will give 5 stars.
I have used this product for years. I beleive it helps with sinuses and in keeping illness away. BUT....There should be a way to replace just the rubber gasket which s what goes wrong with it and why it needs to be replaced. Very wasteful for everyone to have the replace the entire unit just for a gasket.
Nasaline Nasal Rinsing System: I expected to be able to use and clean this device as often as I like. But it fails to work unless it's fully dry. When there's moisture inside, the piston seizes up. The length of time it takes to air dry in between uses is a hindrance. (especially the gasket) I trashed it and will try a neti pot instead. YMMV
