The medication is strong and a couple of deep, slow sniffs clears nasal passages within minutes. Important to carefully sniff product until becoming used to the mefication.
Gets my nasal passages open with one whiff. Not the best smell But it works immediately to get breathing going.
I chose this after seeing reviews. It didn't disappoint powerful and strong. It opened up my nostrils so I could breathe . I highly recommend it over Vicks . I even told my mom about it .
I have severe sinus headaches which easily turn into migraines and these little jewels work wonders. I've been using them for about 10 years now and highly recommend them. I don't actually stick them inside my nose, I simply wave the stick below my nose and inhale. Works amazingly well.
This is a great product I usually have to use it at night and it really helps me breath and sleep better. It doesn't dry out my sinuses like the others do

when the store wants to make a substitution of an item, check carefully. i ordered an oral inhaler not a nasal inhaler. sorry, not the same, not even close.
Not exactly what I was expecting when it comes to the smell. It's way too strong and not pleasant! The Vicks ones (Brand Name and WalMart Version) are way better in smell and performance! The Walmart version beats the name brand hands down though!
