Great price and works the exact same as the name brand!
This is an excellent product at a reasonable price. It's a mixture of sodium chloride and sodium bicarbonate in a fine powder that dissolves quickly and completely with little stirring needed. It comes in individual packets - enough for 8 ounces of distilled water. I use two packets for a 16 oz sinus irrigation system. It doesn't clog up the system. I recommend it to anyone who regularly irrigates their nasal passages.

I have been able to stop using Nasonex, which gave me headaches. This works great!
This works as stated. Makes your sinuses feel much better after use. What more can one say?
No need to measure the saline with these pre-measured packets. I use them with a NetiPot and add warm distilled water. I used it recently when I had a bad cold and it was effective in helping me get over the cold quickly.
This was the only one recommended to me by a friend who has used several.
I used another brand referred by my physician. While I really tell the difference in that they both seem to do the same thing... Just wanted to try a different brand, which was a few bucks cheaper...

The picture on the box is not the same item that's inside the box. Because of that I returned the squeeze bottle. I was hoping that the bottle would have a 'pointy' cap as shown but it has the regular rounded cap.
