You must only add 6 oz of water to one package or else it will taste like nothing. The first time I added a bit too much water and It didn't have a taste so just add 6 oz of water. I like the smell, it smells like cupcakes and the taste it's not bad at all, it tastes good I really enjoyed it. The powder dissolves fast, 30 seconds shaking it and it was great, I added some ice when I was in a hurry and other times I made it and pop it in the Grindr for 10 minutes and then grabbed it to go. I really enjoyed this drink and it's only 210 calories.
Love this shake!!! if you add strawberries or blueberries, taste like a milkshake :) Wish it was not out of stock all the time.

If you love chocolate, then this will be your favorite flavor that helps you burn fat. I used this as a morning meal and it was enough to carry me over until my next meal. It has the right consistency and a nice creamy texture. The mix is easy to blend with the ZonePerfect shaker bottle or any shaker bottle. Just pour the mix, add the water, give it a good shake and your drink full of nutritional goodness is ready to serve.

We live a active lifestyle so we have lots of products like this so I was excited to try a new flavor! Especially vanilla frosting! However... not sure if I did it wrong but it tasted awful lol. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very excited To try Zone keto powder white chocolate cream as I just started dieting to lose weight here are my pros and cons Pros -75% of fat burning - 20gms protein - very less carbs - best protein shake to try on - easy to use Con - have to shake a lot , I should say more than 3 min to completely dissolve the powder. - wish it was a little sweeter. Overall I felt the taste was not that good. And the product is not for me . but people who can compromise on taste . I would definitely recommend them to try it on.
Not a good taste, very bland. In order to be able to drink it I had to add some sweetener and a dash of vanilla extract. It was my first and my last time trying this one.

This isn't regular protein powder this is for people who follow a keto diet, so the first ingredient is butter. I poured one packet into my bottle and added 8oz of water, bur it was still clumpy after the 30 sec vigorous shake. So I had to do it longer. I would recommended maybe using a blender and ice, probably would taste better with a more consistent texture. It didn't taste bad, it just tasted too rich and too much like butter butter that I couldn't get past the first sip.
